Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • The product has not been opened or used (unless faulty).

  • The item is returned within the specified return period (7-14 days, depending on the product category).

  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a full refund or replacement (whichever you prefer). To initiate a refund:

  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange for the return of the product at no cost to you.

3. Non-Defective Returns

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defect or damage (e.g., change of mind or wrong order), the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be returned unused and unopened within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and handling costs.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be refunded, including:

  • Opened or used electronics, such as mobile phones and laptops (unless defective).

  • Consumable items such as phone accessories, headphones, or chargers once they have been opened.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Pre-ordered or back-ordered items that have been processed.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed as follows:

  1. Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  2. Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after the return is confirmed.

  3. Partial Refunds: In the case of returned non-defective items, a partial refund will be issued after deducting shipping or restocking fees.
